Wat Pho or the Temple of the Reclining Buddha is known to be the birthplace of traditional Thai massage. It is believed that the Buddhist temple, Wat Pho is named after a monastery in India where Buddha had resided and the temple houses over thousands of Buddha followed by 160 feet long image of Buddha.
Wat Arun or the Temple of the Dawn is named after the Indian God of Dawn, Aruna. This temple is also an iconic landmark in Bangkok.
