What Travellers Can Experience

The main attraction is the midnight Banni Utsavam, a traditional religious ritual associated with a mythological battle.

During the ritual, devotees traditionally clash wooden or bamboo sticks as part of the ceremony. It is a physically intense religious ritual and can result in injuries, so visitors should maintain a safe distance and follow local instructions.

Unlike Delhi and Kota, the defining attraction here is not Ravana Dahan, but the traditional Banni ritual.
